Swedish Institute Study Scholarships
Grant description: The Swedish Institute offers scholarships or grants to highly-qualified international students from several countries who wants to pursue full-time master’s level studies in Sweden starting in 2014 fall months semester. Host Universities/Institutions: Swedish Advanced schooling Institutions and Swedish Universities Field(s) involving study: A list of eligible master programmes is available at the official website. Variety of Scholarships: For 2014-2015, a total of 550 scholarships will likely be granted (450 within Category 1 in addition to 100 scholarships within Category 2) Focus on group: For 2014, citizens from the following countries can apply for that scholarship within the following groups: Category 1: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, the Democratic Republic from the Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar (Burma), Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Southerly Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia in addition to Zimbabwe. Category 2: Candidates with citizenship from many countries on the DAC directory ODA recipients can apply to the program. Check the official website for citizenship priorities.
